Lauren Mountain

Lauren Mountain currently serves as the Director of Residence Life and Housing at Bridgewater State University since June 2025. Previously, Lauren held the position of Executive Director of Housing and Residence Life at Eastern Kentucky University from September 2021 to June 2025, where responsibilities included recruiting, training, and development in Human Resources. Earlier roles include Senior Residence Hall Director and Residence Hall Director at Northern Kentucky University, and a Graduate Assistant for Student Organizations at Marquette University. Education credentials include a Master of Education in College Student Personnel from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Salem State University.
