Pam Jordan

Pam Jordan is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of the IT Service Management Office at Bridgewater State University since September 2011. In this role, Pam Jordan focuses on enhancing service delivery maturity within the Information Technology division and collaborates with various departments to optimize business processes and tools. Previous positions include Technical Services Manager, Operations Coordinator at Wheaton College, and Help Desk Supervisor at Harvard Law School, among others, where Pam Jordan has developed a strong background in hardware and software support, process improvement, and data analysis.
