Sethia Edele Lochard

Sethia Edele Lochard has extensive experience in various capacities, currently serving as Chairperson of the Board and Member of the Board of Trustees at Brockton Neighborhood Health Center since July 2008, and as an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at Bridgewater State University since September 2022. Prior roles include Database Administrator at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from September 2021 to May 2022, and multiple positions at Bridgewater State University including Graduate Quantitative Fellow and Graduate Teaching Assistant from September 2019 to December 2021. Sethia also held the position of Sales and Operations Management Trainee at Penske Truck Leasing in 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Bridgewater State University, along with minors in Accounting and Finance, and Computer Science, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Bristol Community College.
