Chris Rimmel

Chris Rimmel has a strong background in software engineering and development. Chris started their career as a Software Developer at Alexander and Tom, Inc. in 2000, where they worked until 2001. Chris then joined LRW Digital, Inc. as the Director of Development, where they served from 2001 to 2007. In 2007, they became a Software Consultant at G.1440 and stayed in that role until 2008. In the same year, they briefly worked as a Web Architect at DigitalSports, Inc. before moving to Educate Online as a Senior Software Developer from 2008 to 2013. Chris is currently employed at basys, where they have held various roles. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer until 2015, and then they were promoted to Principal Software Engineer until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Software Solutions at basys.

Chris Rimmel attended Joppatowne High School, but there is no information regarding the start and end years or any degree obtained from this institution. After high school, they enrolled in Harford Community College from 1996 to 1998, majoring in Computer Science. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science at Towson University from 1998 to 2002. In 2015, Chris obtained a certification as a Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft.
