Gina Hubbs

Gina Hubbs serves as Senior Vice President and Regional President for the Midwest and Northeast at Bridgeway since January 2018, playing a critical role in forming a management structure post a $300M acquisition, with a focus on strategic business planning and execution. Previously, at Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., Gina held the position of Vice President of Sales, overseeing the sales lifecycle and managing a team of 17 regional sales staff. At Universal Truckload Services, Gina introduced and established the Government and Emergency Services Division, acting as the primary contact with government agencies across nine subsidiaries. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President at Universal Am-Can Ltd, where operational and strategic initiatives were developed for a company generating over $320M in annual revenues, and as Terminal Manager, focusing on terminal operations and growth opportunities. Gina's educational background includes a BA in International Relations from Michigan State University, a Graduate Certificate in International Security and European Economics from Université libre de Bruxelles, and an MBA from Wayne State University.
