Jennifer Brown

Jennifer Henry Brown is a General Counsel with experience in corporate and securities law. Jennifer has held various legal positions at companies such as Bridgewest Group, Farmer Brothers, Jones Day, Houlihan Lokey, and Baker & McKenzie. Jennifer earned their JD with honors from The University of Texas School of Law and also holds a BBA in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business. Jennifer has a diverse educational background, including a BBA in Business Honors with a focus on Finance and Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin. Jennifer was also a Summer Associate at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP during their legal education.
