Chidozie Kachi-Agwu is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Mentor at Bridging Barriers, where guidance is provided to law students on internships and training contracts. Previous experience includes serving as a Trainee Solicitor at Clyde & Co, covering various legal areas such as Commercial Litigation and Cyber Law, and participating in vacation schemes at notable firms like Eversheds Sutherland and Allen & Overy. Chidozie has also been actively involved in promoting diversity in the legal field as a Campus Ambassador for Aspiring Solicitors at the University of York, while managing financial resources as Treasurer for the African-Caribbean Society. Chidozie holds an Accelerated LPC with an MSc in Law and Business Management from The University of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of York.

Bridging Barriers is social mobility charity supporting young people aged 16-25 to achieve career success through mentoring, virtual masterclasses and networking events. With mentoring at the forefront of what we do, we give young people access to professionals who empower them with the soft and hard skills needed to thrive. Our virtual masterclasses and networking events complement the mentoring, allowing young people to build employment networks to strengthen access to opportunities.
