Janet Swaysland is a seasoned professional in culture and engagement strategy, currently serving as Principal at Bluefire Partners since October 2014, where the focus is on enhancing organizational communication and employee connection. In addition to this role, Janet is a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach at Velocity Advisory Group, a Workplace Culture Consultant for Bridging Distance, and a Workplace Culture Assessment Consultant for Energage, all while contributing as a speaker in the Workplace Innovation Think Tank at Design Museum Everywhere.
