Mike Wachholz

Mike Wachholz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Executive Chairman at Briefly since May 2023, Wachholz focuses on supporting law firms in growth through enhanced back-office operations and access to top functional talent, backed by Alpine Investors. Previously, Wachholz held the positions of CEO and Board Member at Geometric Results, Inc. from June 2020 to November 2022, successfully leading the company through a transformative phase that culminated in a successful exit. Other notable roles include President of Alexander Mann Solutions for the Americas, Interim CEO at IWG plc, and President at Pontoon Solutions. Wachholz began a career in investment banking as an Assistant Vice President at Wachovia and possesses a JD from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, along with a BA in Economics from the University of Florida and ongoing studies in the Executive Senior Leadership Program at INSEAD.
