Cheryl Philpott is an experienced professional in customer service and team management, currently serving as Customer Service & Fleet Manager at Brigade Electronics UK Ltd since April 2016 and as Customer Service Manager at Brigade Electronics Group Plc since March 2015. With a strong background in operational leadership, Cheryl has successfully led and developed Customer Services teams, aligned performance targets with strategic goals, and improved service efficiency while supporting both UK and Export sales. Prior to their current roles, Cheryl held managerial positions at Progressive Digital Media Group and Wincor Nixdorf, leveraging strong relationship-building skills at the CEO level and focusing on strategic operational objectives. Cheryl earned a BA Hons in Leisure and Sports Management from the University of Brighton and has held the position of Team Leader at multiple organizations throughout their career.
