Later, they transitioned to the role of Software Engineer, collaborating with vendors, developing software solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Prior to Universal Pressure Pumping, Negron worked at Key Energy Services. Starting in October 2009, they held roles such as Software Developer, Project Manager, and Warehouse Specialist 1. As a Software Developer, they developed algorithms and contributed to the design of the data acquisition and report website. As a Project Manager, they managed international projects and oversaw the purchasing and distribution centers.

Efrain'searly career includes a position as a Warehouse Supervisor at Schlumberger Technologies from July 2007 to April 2009. Negron also served in the United States Marine Corps as Corporal from November 2002 to November 2006.

Efrain Negron, MBA, has a comprehensive education history that spans multiple fields of study. Efrain began their educational journey in 1998, attending Universidad de Puerto Rico, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Chemistry. From 2006 to 2010, Efrain attended the University of Phoenix, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering. Efrain's passion for business administration led him to further their education at the University of Phoenix, where they recently completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General, in September 2020. In addition to their degrees, Efrain has obtained a certification as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
