Jose Alvarez PT, DPT, OCS, CFNS is a highly experienced healthcare professional with a focus on home health operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations in the Home Health Division at Brigade Health since August 2025, Alvarez previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at AccentCare, overseeing a $101 million home health business across California, Oregon, and Washington while successfully launching three new offices in Washington to enhance market presence. Alvarez’s earlier experience includes roles as Regional Director of Operations at Select Medical and as Regional Director of Physical Therapy at Rancho Physical Therapy, with a directorship position at Riverside-East.
