Marcela Giraldo

Marcela Giraldo is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, particularly in finance and healthcare. Currently serving as a Board Member for Brigard Urrutia and Bimedco Oficial, Marcela previously held the position of CEO at Colfondos S.A., where transformative initiatives were implemented post-acquisition by Grupo HABITAT. Notable achievements include orchestrating the establishment of a campus for Scotia GBS Dominican Republic as VP & General Manager and providing strategic oversight to multiple Scotia entities in the Dominican Republic. With a strong background in marketing and project management, Marcela has developed and led key business strategies throughout various positions, supported by an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
