Amanda Coley

Amanda Coley is the Director of Human Resources at Briggs Equipment. Amanda has over eight years of experience in the human resources field.

Amanda began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at FedEx Office in August 2006. In this role, they provided a broad range of HR support to all team members and served as the subject matter expert and resource for HR policies and practices, state and federal employment laws and company standard operating procedures. Amanda also coached and educated managers on the proper use of performance management and partnered with leadership to address talent and bench planning. In addition, they responded to third party actions and team member issues and facilitated training on HR-related topics.

In April 2014, Amanda was promoted to Director of Human Resources at Briggs Equipment. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, employee development and training. Amanda is a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team and works closely with them to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the company's business objectives.

Amanda Coley completed their undergraduate degree in psychology at Texas Tech University. Amanda then completed a minor in marketing.
