Alex Hobincu MCIOB has over 13 years of work experience in the construction industry, beginning in 2008. They started their career at 3AE Real Estate as a Real Estate Investor. In 2010, they transitioned to a construction role, starting as a Plumber's Mate and later becoming a Plumber. They then moved on to become a Master Craftsman, holding this position from 2012 to 2015. From 2015 to 2020, Alex worked as a Mechanical Supervisor and Project Engineer at Briggs & Forrester Group, where they managed various high-end residential projects, including Chelsea Creek, Abell and Cleland, and Principal Tower. As a Project Engineer, they were responsible for overseeing the M&E packages and providing employment and services to the local community. Alex's work experience demonstrates their progress and expertise in the construction industry.

Alex Hobincu MCIOB began their education journey by pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering at Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași from 2006 to 2008. Following this, they attended Barking & Dagenham College from 2009 to 2011 to obtain a City and Guild degree in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Engineering Technology/Technician.

In 2011, Alex moved to Lambeth College and successfully completed the AAT Level 2 First Class Pass in Accounting Technology/Technician and Bookkeeping between 2011 and 2013.

To further enhance their knowledge and skills in Construction Management, Alex returned to Barking & Dagenham College from 2016 to 2019 to pursue a CIOB degree. Subsequently, they engaged in the CIOB Chartered Membership Programme at the same institution from 2019 to 2020.
