Nate Seamons

Nate Seamons is an accomplished music educator and clinician with extensive experience in band direction and program coordination. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Bands and Music Education at Brigham Young University since July 2021, Nate also functions as an Education Clinician for Conn-Selmer, Inc. since August 2017. With a background in drill writing and arranging, Nate has been operating independently as a Drill Writer, Arranger, and Program Coordinator since January 2010. Previous roles include Assistant Professor and Director of Bands at Snow College, Director of Bands at American Fork High School, and Band Director positions at Hurst-Euless-Bedford I.S.D and Lehi High School. Nate holds a Doctor of Musical Arts in Conducting from the University of Utah, a Master of Music in Conducting from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and a Bachelor of Music in Trombone Performance from Brigham Young University.
