Daniel Scoville

Daniel Scoville has over 24 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Daniel is currently the VP of Platform Services at BrightAI since November 2021. Previously, they worked at Oceaneering for 13 years, where they held multiple roles including Global Manager of Subsea Inspection and Electrical Engineering Team Leader. During their time at Oceaneering, they managed the profit and loss for a $5 million global Subsea Inspection business, developed strategies to make the business profitable, and implemented a global strategy resulting in a $10 million positive shift in operational income. Before Oceaneering, Daniel worked at Hydroacoustics Inc. as an ROV Product Manager and Electrical Engineer, where they led the design team for a new ROV product line. Daniel also has experience at Eastman Kodak Company as an Electrical Engineering Design Technician, where they worked on new product commercialization and cost reduction projects.

Daniel Scoville attended Hudson Valley Community College from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician. Following this, they enrolled at Monroe Community College from 1994 to 1997 and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technology. Finally, Scoville pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2001 to 2006.
