Sarah Woodford is an experienced New Product Development (NPD) professional, currently serving as the NPD Manager and Lead Technologist at BBF Limited since July 2014, focusing on the Marks and Spencer's celebration cakes account. Previously, Sarah held various NPD roles at Greencore, contributing to chilled desserts and successfully launching products for major retailers including Lidl. Sarah's career began with a year-long placement at R&R Ice Cream Ltd, working on product improvements and new developments for well-known brands. Educated at the University of Nottingham with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Sarah also achieved A-levels in Maths, Art, Chemistry, and AS Biology, alongside exemplary GCSE results.

BBF has six bakeries, five across the North of England and one in Poland, employing over 2,000 people.
