Edward Berde

Edward Berde has a long and varied work experience. Edward began their career in 1999 as President and CEO of Business Consulting Solutions. In 2004, they moved to AkzoNobel, where they held the role of Global HRIS for AkzoNobel, National Starch, and ICI. In 2008, they took on the role of Payroll Interface Implementation at Veolia Energy North America. In 2012, they were President and CEO of Business Consulting Solutions and Director, Board of Directors at CarePoint Insurance Company. In 2015, they became Director, Board of Directors at Clover Insurance. In 2016, they took on the role of Director, Board of Directors at Rx.Health and CEO of the same company. In 2019, they became CEO of Bright Cloud International Corp. Most recently, in 2020, they became an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University College of Engineering.

Edward Berde received their Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with a Business Concentration from Villanova University between 1991 and 1995. Prior to that, they attended St. Anthonys from 1987 to 1991. Edward began their educational career at Our Lady of Mercy from 1978 to 1987. Edward later pursued a Master of Electrical Engineering with a Management Concentration from Cornell University from 1995 to 1996.
