Ariel Hayes

Ariel Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ariel is currently working as the Director of ACO REACH at Bright Health since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Northwell Health from 2011 to 2021, where they held various roles including AVP of Operations, Senior Director of Program Development, Director of Program Operations, Program Manager, and Project Manager. Before joining Northwell Health, Ariel worked as an Administrative Fellow at Zucker Hillside Hospital and as a Graduate Administrative Intern at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Ariel also had a role as a Health Policy Assistant at the Children's Defense Fund from 2007 to 2009.

Ariel Hayes obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Health Studies from The Johns Hopkins University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Ariel then pursued further education at Duke University, where they earned their Master's in Public Policy (MPP) from 2009 to 2011, specializing in Public Policy.
