Cyndi Peterson Hash has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Cyndi is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Bright Health, where they are responsible for organizing and operating networks of affiliate care providers. Prior to joining Bright Health, they worked as a Manager of Talent Acquisition at the same company.
From 2019 to 2021, Cyndi served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Early Warning Services, focusing on transforming the payment experience. Cyndi worked closely with V- and C-level leaders to drive talent acquisition performance.
From 2011 to 2019, Cyndi worked at Avnet, a global leader in electronic components and services. Cyndi held the role of Manager of Talent Acquisition in the Americas region, where they led the talent acquisition strategy and operations. Cyndi also served as a Recruiting Program Manager during their time at Avnet.
Prior to their time at Avnet, Cyndi was the Field HR Manager and Staffing Leader at KFC, a Yum! Brands Company, where they managed HR initiatives for the field, including people development and talent management processes.
Cyndi's earlier experience includes working as a Recruiting Manager at Mitel, a global provider of communications solutions, and as a Staffing Agency Manager at Continuum Consulting, an IT staffing agency.
Throughout their career, Cyndi has demonstrated their expertise in talent acquisition and has partnered with leaders to deliver valuable talent to organizations.
Cyndi Peterson Hash obtained a BA degree in History from Hood College. In addition, they obtained a certification in Change Management from Prosci in July 2015.
