Haydee Carvalho

Haydee Carvalho is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in market operations and payer relations. Currently serving as the AVP of National Market Operations and National Provider Relations at Bright Health since September 2021, Haydee oversees all markets for Individual and Family Plans (IFP) and Medicare Advantage (MA) while collaborating with senior leadership across various enterprise teams. Previously, Haydee held significant roles at the University of Miami Health System as Director of Revenue Cycle Payer Relations and at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine as Senior Manager of Payer Relations/Managed Care Contracting. Early career experience includes a managerial position at Orlando Health, where Haydee managed payor relations and compliance for multiple hospitals, along with a role as a Managed Care Analyst. Haydee holds a degree from the University of Miami.
