Amanda Jarvis has extensive experience in customer care and client engagement, currently serving as the Manager of Bright Horizons College Coach Customer Care since January 2011. In this role, Amanda addresses customer service issues and manages payment processing. Previous positions at Bright Horizons include Client Engagement Manager and Manager of Client Relations, where Amanda was responsible for email marketing, client outreach, and project management. Prior to Bright Horizons, Amanda worked at Fidelity Investments as a Benefits Consulting Associate and conducted competitive research as a Marketing Research Intern. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Sociology from Bryant University.
