Dorene Blythe

Dorene Blythe is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in client relations and strategic planning within the dependent care and early education sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Client Relations at Bright Horizons since 2001, Dorene excels in managing and enhancing client relationships, ensuring retention, and driving the sale of additional services through effective cross-functional teamwork. Prior roles include Senior Director of Client Services at Bright Horizons, where consulting on employee dependent care services was a key focus, and Director of Strategic Planning at Mulberry Child Care, leading acquisition strategies and client partnership development. Dorene's background also includes consulting work at U.S. Trust and Lochridge & Company, as well as advising Hungarian enterprises on corporate strategy during early post-communism. Dorene holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and has furthered education at The Wharton School and Worcester Academy.
