Jennifer Berard

Jennifer Berard is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Bright Horizons since May 2022, Jennifer previously held the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at Banfield Pet Hospital from March 2021 to May 2022. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition - US at IBEX for a brief period in late 2020 and as the Manager of North American Recruiting at Hertz from November 2017 to April 2020. Jennifer's career in talent acquisition began at Convergys, where the position of Talent Acquisition Area Manager for the US & Canada was held from February 2013 until November 2017. Jennifer holds a degree from Portland State University and completed education at Santa Margarita Catholic High School.
