Leila McCarty

Leila McCarty has extensive work experience in the education sector. Leila served as the Senior Director of Global Enterprise Partnerships at Bright Horizons starting in October 2018. Prior to this, Leila worked as the Director of Client Relations at EdAssist, a Bright Horizons Solution at Work, starting in February 2017.

Before joining Bright Horizons, Leila held various roles at KinderCare Education. These roles include Client Relations Business Partner from March 2015 to January 2017, Agile Product Owner - Customer Experience from December 2015 to December 2016, and Community and Government Relations Liaison and Programs Advisor from February 2014 to March 2015.

Leila's earlier experience at KinderCare Education includes Strategic Operations Program Manager from March 2012 to November 2013, Instructional Designer/Developer of Special Projects from June 2008 to March 2012, Program Director from March 2003 to June 2008, Assistant Program Director from March 2001 to March 2003, and Teacher from August 1998 to March 2001.

Leila McCarty holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Communications, and Technical Writing from New York Institute of Technology, where they graduated Magna Cum Laude. Leila also has an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in American Institutions and History, with a focus on Health, from Chabot College.
