Patti Nurse

Patti Nurse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace engagement and business operations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Workplace Engagement and Senior Director of Business Operations at Bright Horizons since 2001. In this role, Patti leads startup initiatives and manages transitions and closings, while ensuring effective communication through the company’s intranet. Prior to Bright Horizons, Patti spent 13 years at Mulberry Child Care Centers, where responsibilities included supervising various departments and authoring the "Mulberry Manual" to define company philosophy and procedures. Education includes dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration, Elementary Education, and Special Education from Boston College.
