Oleksandr Fomenko

Oleksandr Fomenko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing and expanding businesses across the Central and Eastern European region. Currently serving as the Managing Director for the CEE region at Lyvia Group since January 2022, Oleksandr holds full PnL responsibility for acquired companies and previously managed M&A efforts for the group's regional expansion. As CEO and Co-Founder of Sarimner Group and Chairman of the Supervisory Boards at several companies including IT Systems & Solutions and ARC Consulting, Oleksandr focuses on investing in entrepreneur-led firms and facilitating digital transformation services. Additionally, Oleksandr has a significant background in fund accounting, having held senior positions at Credit Suisse and BNY Mellon, as well as experience in trading and investing. Oleksandr holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Wroclaw.
