Chris Castillo Phr

Chris Castillo has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. They are currently working as a Human Resources Manager at Bright Machines since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner at General Motors from August 2014 to May 2020, where they focused on Global Information Technology. Before that, they held the position of HR Generalist at CompassLearning from January 2008 to October 2013. They also have experience in account management and operations, having worked as a Senior Account Manager and Operation Services Manager at Randstad from August 2005 to December 2007, and from January 2004 to July 2005, respectively. Additionally, they served as a Regional Coordinator and Agent at Randstad as well. Chris began their career in education, working as a Bilingual Education Teacher at Round Rock ISD from August 1994 to May 2000.

Chris Castillo, PHR, SHRM-CP has a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Ethics from St. Edward's University. They also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Learning and Development from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, Chris has obtained certifications as a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HRCI and a SHRM-CP from SHRM.
