Cidd Jena Burley

Jena Burley, CIDD, currently serves as a Corp Trainer and Senior Customer Success Coach at Bright MLS since September 2022. With extensive experience in training and customer success, Jena has held various corporate trainer roles at Summit Funding, Inc., Freedom Mortgage, and New Penn Financial, LLC, as well as a mortgage trainer position at Univest. Prior to these roles, Jena worked at Citizens Bank and had a significant tenure at Pfizer, Inc. as an HR Senior Administrative Specialist. Jena is federally and state licensed in multiple states, including Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and possesses a strong background in engaging with consumers to assess their needs effectively. Jena is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Performance Management and Healthcare Management at Immaculata University.
