Mike Sphar has extensive experience in customer support and call center management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at Bright MLS since January 2022. Prior to this role, Mike held several leadership positions at Exostar from January 2013 to November 2021, including Director of Customer Support, where responsibilities involved managing SaaS call center operations and launching live chat support, significantly reducing costs. Earlier in Mike's career at AOL from March 1995 to August 2013, Mike led a team of over 150 in call center support functions and managed IT security access for employees, demonstrating a strong ability to drive performance metrics and improve operational efficiency. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from James Madison University and is currently pursuing further education at The George Washington University.
