Rob Soden is a seasoned mobile engineering professional with extensive experience leading teams and driving innovation in various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Mobile Engineering at Bright MLS since May 2024, Rob previously held the position of Mobile Engineering Lead at Executive Homes and played a pivotal role as Senior Mobile Engineer at Treecard, where agile methodologies were introduced to a new startup team. Prior experience includes Director of Mobile Engineering at Stack Sports, where responsibilities encompassed system architecture and agile team management, and co-founding SDI Camps & Races, providing software solutions for youth sports camps. Rob's career also includes significant roles as CTO at School Datebooks and co-founder of Concurrent Consulting, Inc., along with early experience as a Java/Web Developer at Steel Dynamics, Inc. Rob holds a BA in Professional/Technical Writing from Purdue University, complemented by over three years of study in Computer Science.
