Roy Williams

Roy Williams is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations and Head of Operations at Bright Money Group since March 2022. Prior to this role, Roy held the position of Managing Director and Manager of Operations at Scott Robert Compliance from June 2018 to January 2022. Additionally, Roy was the Head of Sales Operations at Pareto Money Limited for a brief period in 2017. Previous roles include Head of Operations at 123 DEBT SOLUTIONS LTD and Personal Debt Helpline Limited from 2015 to 2017 and 2007 to 2015, respectively. Early career experience includes working as an IVA assessor at The Debt People from 2005 to 2007.
