Lining (Chris) Xu

Lining (Chris) Xu has a diverse work experience starting as a Financial Advisor at TD from March 2013 to January 2017. Lining (Chris) then worked as an Associate Business Development Manager at TD Waterhouse Holdings from March 2017 to October 2019, where they gained expertise in financial markets and products and built strong relationships with Financial Advisors. From December 2019 to May 2020, they served as the Digital Transformation Manager at Yingda Rongshi Technology. Later, they joined Microsoft as a Partner Development Manager from July 2021 to October 2021, where they assessed the Dynamic 365 ecosystem and sourced new implementation partners. Currently, Lining works at OP Crypto as an Investment Research & Operations Associate, conducting research in the Web3 space and proposing new venture capital deals.

Lining (Chris) Xu completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance, General from Simon Fraser University from 2008 to 2012. In 2009 and 2010, they studied as an exchange student at The University of Manchester. Additionally, Lining obtained various certifications including the CEIBS Financial Modeling Program in December 2020, the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification in January 2019, and the Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification in September 2017. Lining (Chris) also completed several courses in the Canadian Security Course, Wealth Management Essentials, CPH, Derivatives Fundamental, and Option License from CSI.
