Carlos Camarena has over 8 years of professional experience. Carlos began their career in 2012 as a Pasante at Camarena Abogados. In 2015, they joined Bright Inc as a Senior Recruitment Specialist, where they were responsible for filtering, searching and interviewing top tier candidates to become part of Bright. Carlos also designed hiring and onboarding processes to make the hiring journey at Bright as efficient and pleasant as possible. In the same year, they were promoted to Sr. Growth Analyst, working closely with the Digital Expansion team and CEO to propose, structure and launch A/B tests and/or internal growth projects that help Bright grow. Carlos also designed onboarding processes to have young, excited and thoughtful leaders constantly applying to become Bright ambassadors. In the same year, they were also promoted to Energy Consultant, selling solar subscription service for the residential market in Mexico City. In 2017, they were promoted to Expert Ambassador, responsible for training teams of solar ambassadors and managing them to hit monthly goals. In 2020, they were promoted to Head of Customer Enjoyment, leading the Customer Enjoyment Management team and also managing the Customer Support team. Carlos was responsible for identifying, developing and implementing new processes and performance improvements to become more efficient, all while giving the best customer experience possible.
Carlos Camarena began their educational journey in 2010 when they attended Stanstead College. From 2011 to 2013, they attended Miraflores. In 2013, they began studying Law at Universidad Panamericana and obtained their degree in 2017. Afterwards, they attended Tecnológico de Monterrey and obtained a degree in Comunicación y Medios Digitales in 2017.
