Madison Webb

Madison Webb has a diverse work experience in the nonprofit sector. Madison currently works as a Partnerships Director at Water Mission since March 2020. In 2023, Madison founded REAL Advising, where they provide freelance consultation for non-profits to create strategic fundraising plans. In 2020, they also founded At Madison'sTable, LLC. Previously, Madison worked as a Consultant at CCS Fundraising from December 2017 to July 2018. Madison served as a Development Officer, Strategic Initiatives at Pacific Council on International Policy from October 2014 to December 2017. Madison also held roles at American Red Cross as a Director of Development from April 2013 to August 2014 and as a Major Gifts Associate from October 2011 to April 2013. Madison started their career as an Intern at Globalbike Inc in 2011 and was a National Student Fundraising Coordinator at STAND--Anti-Genocide Coalition from July 2010 to May 2011. Madison's early experience includes founding and presiding over the STAND anti-genocide advocacy chapter at Converse College from August 2007 to May 2011.

Madison Webb earned a Master's Degree in Public Health (M.P.H.) from the University of Southern California, where they attended from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Politics from Converse University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
