Erika Neyra Paczka

Erika Neyra Paczka is currently the Head of Customer Enjoyment at Bright Inc, a leading clean energy company in Mexico. Prior to their current role, Erika worked as a Customer Success Analyst at Amor & Rosas, a social conscious fashion start up, and as a Fashion Designer at CIHUAH, a top designer brand in Mexico. Erika holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from CENTRO diseño | cine | televisión, and is currently pursuing a Maestría en Dirección de Empresas from Universidad Anáhuac. Erika also has completed a course in Customer Experience Management Essentials from Udemy.
