Ana Maria Llano Villalobos has extensive work experience in sales and marketing roles. Ana Maria is currently the Head of Sales Latam at Bright Pattern, a position they have held since January 2020. Prior to this, they held various roles at Aspect Software from 2015 to 2020, including Channel Sales Manager for the HSAC region and Mexico, as well as Regional Channel Manager. From 2016 to 2019, Ana worked as an Independent Entrepreneur. Ana Maria also worked at Avaya from 2010 to 2015, where they held positions such as Campaigns and Events Manager, Channel Sales and Distribution, and Channel Enablement Leader. Before that, Ana worked at Nortel as a Field Marketing Manager from 2007 to 2009 and Xerox de Colombia S.A. as a Marketing Director from 2005 to 2007. Ana Maria began their career at UNION FENOSA in 2004 as the Responsible for External Communication and Corporate Image. Prior to that, they worked at Convergen ISolutions (ASP) as a Marketing Director from 2002 to 2004.

Ana Maria Llano Villalobos completed their Master's degree in Design Thinking and Product Development from OBS Business School from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, in 2020, they pursued a course on MIT's Design Thinking methodology for innovation from Emeritus - LATAM, with a focus on innovation and greenhouse technology. In 2017, they attended Yoga Viva for a course on Mindfulness fundamentals. Earlier, from 2002 to 2003, Ana Maria obtained a specialization in Organizational Communication from Universidad de La Sabana, with a focus on Communications and Marketing. Ana Maria began their education journey by completing their Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano between 1991 and 1995. Lastly, in 2019, they pursued an additional course on MIT's Design Thinking methodology for innovation from Emeritus.
