Arnaud Goepfert

Arnaud GOEPFERT has worked in the field of protein sciences and antibody engineering since 2008. Arnaud completed their PhD at the Biozentrum, University of Basel in 2008 and then worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the same institution from 2012-2013. From 2013-2017, they worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR), where they worked on interleukin-17 and used structural and biophysical approaches to unravel the molecular basis of IL-17/receptor recognition and support drug discovery efforts targeting the IL-17 pathway. From 2017-2020, they worked as a Senior Scientist in Protein Sciences at Galapagos, where they maximized the impact of structural, biophysical and biochemical informations in drug discovery programs and contributed to drug development by providing high quality protein tools for screening, assay development and structural studies. Arnaud is currently working as an Associate Director in Protein Sciences at Bright Peak Therapeutics since 2022.

Arnaud GOEPFERT obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Structural Biology from the Biozentrum, University of Basel in 2012, having started their studies in 2008.
