Samuel Biele-Fisher

VP, Multifamily Affordable at Bright Power

Samuel helps multifamily affordable real estate owners, developers, and managers in the Greater New York metro area understand their energy use and create strategies to decrease their carbon emissions. In his role, Sam works to expand Bright Power’s customer base by cultivating relationships with new and long-standing customers that could benefit from our Find, Fix, and Follow approach to energy and water management.

Before becoming Vice President, Multifamily Affordable for our New York Business Unit, Samuel was the Manager of Affordable Housing Services where he worked with some of the most impactful affordable and supportive housing organizations across New York. His work with these organizations led Bright Power to be a preeminent energy consulting company for both new and renovated affordable housing buildings, including the growth of the company’s leading work with electrified and passive house multifamily properties.

Prior to joining Bright Power, Samuel worked at the Pratt Center for Community Development and the New York Industrial Retention Network.

Samuel is a native New Yorker and volunteers with the New York Housing Conference’s Rising Leaders Network (RLN), serving as co-chair of the RLN board. Samuel has a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
