Seth Francis

Seth Francis has over 18 years of diverse work experience. Seth started their career as an Event Manager at Black Tie Event Services Inc., Black Tie Manufacturing, and Black Tie Sanitation from August 2003 to February 2006. Following that, they worked as a Corporate Trainer at Davanti Custom Tailors from February 2006 to September 2007. Seth then gained expertise as an Engineer at CLEAResult from April 2015 to November 2015, where they conducted building engineering reviews, energy calculations, and utility program development. Seth also worked at Earth Advantage as a Technical Field Consultant from September 2016 to June 2017, and at Mazzetti as a Mechanical Designer from June 2017 to September 2018. From October 2018 to March 2021, Seth served as a Mechanical Engineer at PAE Consulting Engineers. Seth'smost recent role is as an Energy and Sustainability Consultant at Bright Power, Inc. starting from November 2021. During their career, Seth has developed skills in energy consultancy, HVAC, and complex batch processing.

Seth Francis pursued their education at the Oregon Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Renewable Energy Engineering. Additionally, Seth has obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineering & Land Surveying in May 2021. Seth also holds additional certifications such as LEED Green Associate from the USGBC, LFA from the International Living Future Institute, and WELL AP from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), though the specific months and years of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
