Tanya Ali

Tanya Ali has a diverse range of work experience. Tanya worked at Bright Power, Inc. from 2018 to the present, starting as a Finance Associate and later becoming a Project Manager. In their role as Project Manager, they focused on optimizing building design and providing construction oversight services for energy efficiency and sustainability. Prior to that, they worked at Bright Power, Inc. from 2016 to 2017 as an Operations & Finance Associate. Tanya also has experience as an Office Manager at the United Nations Global Compact in 2015, where they managed office operations. Tanya started their career as a Business Development Intern at Kaplan Clean Tech in 2014. Tanya also worked as a Therapist's Assistant and Receptionist at OMNI Childhood Center from 2007 to 2013, and briefly as an English Teacher at New Oriental School in 2011.

Tanya Ali began their education at Brooklyn Technical High School from 2006 to 2010, where they earned an Advanced Diploma in Environmental Science. Following this, they attended Baruch College from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on International Business. In 2013, Tanya also briefly studied at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where they pursued Spanish, European Economics & Culture in Spain. Additionally, in December 2019, Tanya obtained a certification as a Multifamily Building Analyst from the Association for Energy Affordability, Inc.
