Currently serving as the Head of Innovation at Bright Signals since January 2025, Phillip is dedicated to pushing creative boundaries within the agency. As the founder of Real Impact Group and Head of Growth at Rethink Carbon, Phillip focuses on enhancing organizational impact and advancing sustainability initiatives, respectively. Prior leadership roles include Managing Director at Dentsu Creative and Managing Partner at Whitespace, showcasing a strong track record in agency management. Beginning a career with multimedia and web development roles in esteemed organizations, Phillip's educational background includes a First Class degree in Music Technology from The University of Edinburgh.
