Ilinca Paun

Ilinca Paun is an experienced angel investor and entrepreneur with a focus on supporting early-stage startups led by female founders and diverse teams through the founding of Bravva Angels. Currently, Ilinca serves as an angel investor at Zitamine Nutrition, Spark School, and Unfrosen, while also coaching and leading The Entrepreneurship Academy as CEO and Professor, contributing to the development of Romania's business education landscape. As a board member and Vice President of the Entreprenation NGO, Ilinca plays a key role in promoting entrepreneurship in Romania. Previous experience includes serving as Managing Partner at Colliers International Romania and holding a partnership at Impact Hub Bucharest. Ilinca holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Architecture and has pursued additional studies in architecture and construction in various institutions.
