Nicole Wellman Noble, currently the Vice President of People Development at Bright Star Schools, has a wide range of experience in the education sector. Nicole has held various roles such as Director of Teacher Development and Talent Manager within the organization. Previously, Nicole has worked as a Computer Specialist at Goleta Unified School District and a Teacher and Student Advancement Mentor Teacher at Glendale Elementary School District. With a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership, Policy, and Organizations from UCSB, Nicole is committed to driving equitable instruction for all students and supporting teacher development and performance initiatives.
