Prior to joining Brightcore, they spent seven years at [Centrica](/org/centrica) as the Director of Commercial Business Development for Solar plus Storage. Peter also spent three years at Direct Energy Solar as the Director of Commercial Business Development, and two years at OnForce Solar as both the Director of Commercial Sales and VP of Commercial Business Development. Awn began their career in solar energy in 2013 as the East Coast Business Development Manager for AEE Solar. Peter then spent two years as the Northeast Regional Sales Manager for REC Solar before taking a position as the Director of Sales and Operations for A.P Solar Power. Peter spent the first three years of their career as a Sales Representative for Abbott Labs and Lanier Worldwide.

Andrew Ginn is the current Chief Innovation Officer at [Brightcore Energy](/org/brightcore-energy). Andrew has also served as the Founder & CEO of [EV MakeReady](/org/ev-makeready), and as the Senior Vice President of Innovation and Operations at Lime Energy. 

Andrew has been responsible for launching innovative pay-for-performance efficiency programs with utility partners, and for developing new energy products and services that Lime Energy can offer it's small and medium business customers. Andrew has also worked on deepening energy efficiency offerings, and developing offerings for innovative financing mechanisms (energy efficiency as a service), demand response, electric vehicle infrastructure, energy storage, and renewable generation. 

In 2019, Andrew launched an international business unit in Saudi Arabia, completing hundreds energy efficiency projects for schools and mosques.

Prior to joining Brightcore, Deniz worked as a construction inspector for Hardesty & Hanover, LLC, where they were responsible for ensuring that work by contractors was completed according to contract plans and [NYSDOT](/org/nysdot) specifications and standards. Rob Krugel is the Co-CEO of [Brightcore Energy](/org/brightcore-energy). Rob has extensive experience in the energy industry, having served as Managing Director at Lehman Brothers and NextEra Energy Resources. Rob also co-founded [Smart Energy Capital, LLC](/org/smart-energy-capital-llc), a finance and investment company focused on the North American solar photovoltaic industry. Prior to their work in the energy sector, Rob was an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Rob earned their MBA from Columbia Business School and their JD from Harvard Law School.

Brian Dibiase is the Director of Field Operations at [Brightcore Energy](/org/brightcore-energy). Brian has over 10 years of experience in the energy industry, including project management, sales, and electrical work.

Brian started their career as an E2 electrician with Harrington Engineering Inc. in 2007. Brian then moved to NXEGEN LLC in 2010, where they served as a project coordinator. In 2014, they joined Greenleaf Energy Solutions as a project manager. Brian was responsible for developing relationships with potential clients, conducting audits, and overseeing the company's sales team. Brian closed new business deals worth over $450,000 within a year.

In 2016, Brian joined [Brightcore Energy](/org/brightcore-energy) as the Director of Field Operations. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the company's field operations, including installation and maintenance. Brian also provides support to the sales team and helps close new business deals.

Brian also has certification from HIPAA Training in Hipaa Awareness for Business Associates. Stan Tolstunov is the VP of Solar at [Brightcore Energy](/org/brightcore-energy). Stan was previously the Director of Operations at Dobtol Construction, LLC from January 2012 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for positioning the business to retain large construction contracts, overseeing construction vendors and crews, and delivering on-time construction phases. Stan also recruited and built highly talented construction teams while managing all aspects of the project life cycle.

Stan is a take-charge individual who holds weekly progress meetings with key personnel. Stan also manages all facets of business ownership including back-end marketing and financial aspects, in addition to interfacing with clients and vendors. Stan is skilled in solidifying best price contracts while ensuring quality and timely deliveries.

Some of Stan's previous responsibilities include attending regular coordination meetings with Architects, CM’s, Owner’s Reps, Project Managers and Site Supers to review job progress, review schedule, discuss upcoming activities, review open submittals, schedule updates, two weeks look ahead, monthly AIA Pencil and AIA Final requisitions. Stan would also review Daily reports, RFI logs, Submittal logs and status of outstanding Change Orders. Additionally, Stan would approve subcontractor billing and make sure all subcontractors follow proper procedures for invoicing and are in compliance with certified payrolls and insurance requirements. 

Stan was the main point of contact for financial reporting with Banking, Bonding, Insurance and Legal professionals. Stan would also participate in Insurance audits for Workers Compensation policy, General Liability, Umbrella and Auto coverage for the ongoing business operations. Furthermore, Stan would interact with Legal Counsel to review contract disputes, settlement negotiations and claims resolutions. Stan would review estimated cost versus final buy out, review aging AP/AR reports to make sure the projects are cash-flow positive. Lastly, Stan would attend Owner and Corporate Stakeholders meetings to ensure project expectations are being met.
