Karen Letendre

Karen Letendre has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Karen started their career at Cigna as a Sales Enablement Leader & Product Owner, where they significantly improved proposal team efficiency and accuracy by implementing various initiatives. Karen then transitioned to Upland Qvidian as a Manager Product Management, leveraging their knowledge as a long-time power-user of the software to make confident decisions and build trust with customers. Currently, they are the Director of Product Management at Brightcove, where they have taken on new challenges and successfully launched several product initiatives, including an end-of-life strategy for a low-adoption product and the introduction of data-driven product management tools.

Karen Letendre received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern New Hampshire University between 2019 and 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication/Advertising from the University of Hartford from 2000 to 2003. Karen started their education journey at Manchester Community College, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from 1997 to 2000.
