Maiko Chang

Maiko Chang is a knowledgeable technical support engineer currently working at Brightcove since June 2021, with experience in both Tier 2 and Tier 3 support roles. Prior to this, Maiko served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Acucela Inc. from April 2016 to April 2020, where responsibilities included managing the CEO’s schedule and coordinating travel logistics. Earlier experience includes a position as a Financial Advisor at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation from April 2004 to March 2007, focusing on investment solutions and client relationship development. Maiko holds an Associate of Arts degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Doshisha University.
