Renato Vanoni

Renato Vanoni has extensive experience in customer onboarding and technical support, currently serving as the Director of Customer Onboarding at Brightcove since July 2015, where responsibilities include managing the Onboarding Team and overseeing customer introductions to products and services. Renato previously held positions at Brightcove as Senior Manager and Manager of Onboarding, as well as serving as an Onboarding Manager and Technical Support Engineer. Prior to Brightcove, Renato worked at TV Choice Ltd from January 2007 to July 2015 as a web designer and IT support, focusing on IT support, web design, and video editing. Renato holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications from City St George’s, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad de Nariño.
