VP Demand Generation at Brightcove

Theo Hildyard has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Consultant at Thomson Financial, handling IT system and network administration for capital markets services. From 2001 to 2004, they served as the Head of Technology at Eurolink Network SL. Theo then pursued further education and completed an International MBA from IE Business School. After that, they joined Detica, where they held roles as a Snr Business Analyst and Lead Business Consultant from 2006 to 2008, and later served as a Framework Manager from 2009 to 2011.

In 2011, Theo joined Software AG as a Product Manager for the Apama Streaming Analytics platform. Theo subsequently took on the role of Product Marketing Manager for a new Big Data business unit within the company. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the VP of Industry Marketing, responsible for global industry marketing and launch campaigns.

In 2019, Theo joined Alfresco as the VP of Demand Generation, leading product marketing and demand generation initiatives. Theo managed a 10-person team and oversaw integrated marketing programs, market definition, messaging and design of the GTM process.

In 2020, Theo worked as a Demand Generation Consultant at Agiloft, before joining Brightcove in 2021 as the VP of Demand Generation.

Theo Hildyard attended Nottingham Trent University from 1992 to 1997, where they acquired a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computing Systems. Theo later pursued an Master of Business Administration (MBA) at IE Business School from 2004 to 2005.
